Haha. I KNOW! It took me forever to figure that stuff out. You have to size your picture to whatever those numbers listed are for your avatar...you can do that using whatever photo editor you have. The big ones are actually submitted pieces...if you submit a piece under DeviantID it will come up on your site.

girl, how do you make a photo into your icon thing? mine are all always too big! and how do you select photos for like the big ones that show up on your homepage?! this site is way confusing sista.
